Board of DirectorsDivakar Jandhyala – Founder and CEODivakar Jandhyala is the Chief Executive Officer of eVapt. He is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. Divakar brings more than 14 years of commercial software product development experience to eVapt. Before joining eVapt, Divakar worked at BMC Software, where he was the Product Development Manager for BMC Performance Manager. Divakar was instrumental in the development of BMC Software's first ever hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) application. Prior to BMC Software, he managed tier 1 customer engagements at Tata Consultancy Services. Divakar is known in the industry for his technology evangelism and customer advocacy. Divakar earned his MBA at University of Texas at Austin. He received his BS in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India. John KinnairdJohn Kinnaird is a 13 year Dell Corporation veteran. Beginning his career on the telephones, he rose through the ranks to serve as one of Dell's first division general managers. Mr. Kinnaird served both in the U.S. and abroad helping introduce the Dell business model and products into Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At various times in his U.S. tenure, he managed Dell's Consumer, Small/Medium Business, Health Care, State Government and Education divisions. In particular, Mr. Kinnaird oversaw the rapid growth of the Consumer/Business division from $75 million to over $2 billion in annual sales. Prior to joining Dell, Kinnaird spent 10 years managing small and mid-sized high-technology companies. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. |
